- Appointment: sepsis, peritonitis, dysbacteriosis, diarrhea, SARS, chronic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, normalization of intestinal microflora, irritable bowel syndrome, gastrointestinal infections, treatment of food toxicoinfections (PTI)
- Indications for use:
— acute and chronic intestinal infections of bacterial and viral nature (salmonellosis, shigellosis, enterocolitis caused by pathogenic representatives of the genus enterobacteria or staphylococci, rotavirus infection) or unknown etiology, food toxicoinfections;
— diarrhoea syndrome of various etiologies;
— chronic non-specific inflammatory diseases of the digestive tract, accompanied by a violation of the microflora and inhibition of reparative processes of the intestinal mucosa (gastroduodenitis, pancreatitis, proctosigmoiditis, colitis /including ulcerative/);
— dysbacteriosis of various etiologies, including those developed against and after taking antibiotics, cytostatic, radiation therapy; complicating the course of viral hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, intestinal diverticulosis of various localization;
— irritable bowel syndrome, other functional intestinal disorders; syndrome of impaired intestinal absorption of various etiologies;
— newborns (including premature babies) with a burdened premorbid background, starting from the period of stay in the maternity hospital, to improve the course of the adaptation period, as well as with severe dysbiosis;
— in the complex treatment of patients (including newborns) with secondary immunodeficiency conditions, with severe infectious-inflammatory and purulent-septic diseases (including sepsis, peritonitis); with skin diseases (atopic dermatitis, streptoderma, eczema);
— in the complex treatment of SARS and flu;
— in the complex treatment of surgical patients (including traumatological profile) for preoperative preparation and prevention of postoperative complications; in postgastroresection disorders and conditions after cholecystectomy;
— in the complex treatment of cancer patients during chemotherapy, radiation therapy, before and after surgery:
— pregnant women in preparation for childbirth, cesarean section and in the postoperative period.
- Contraindications: — individual intolerance to the medication.
